The Utah-Intercultural Program

The Utah Intercultural Vacation Program is an immersive 4-week experience for students aged 12 to 17, combining English language learning, afternoon activities, and a dream trip to California. Designed to help young learners grow linguistically, socially, and personally, the program offers a unique opportunity to explore the best of the United States in a safe and engaging environment.

Weeks 1-3

English Classes + Cultural Immersion in Utah

Location: Provo, Utah
English Classes: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (12 hours/week)
Afternoon Activities: Cultural workshops, sports, sightseeing, and recreational outings
Homestay: Host families, shared rooms, 3 meals/day (incl. packed lunch)

Host Families

Homestay Accommodation

Utah-Intercultural partners with several families who live close to the school offering homestay. At Homestay, students stay with host families, rooms shared with students in the group according to availability (double or triple), and two meals (breakfast and dinner). For lunch, the host family will provide the student with a meal in a bag so they can eat at school.

Families can have all types of the constitution: all the families participating in the homestay open their homes in a very welcoming way like to receive International students and show a lot of interest in the culture of Brazil.
Our building is in a complex of stores, including Walmart neighborhood, Habit Burger, Zupas, Cafe Rio, JCW’S, and Jimmy John’s.
On weekends, students are invited to participate in activities the host family promotes.

Optional Adventure

Moab & National Parks

Take your Utah experience to the next level with an optional excursion to some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the United States.

Students who choose this add-on will explore iconic destinations such as:

🌄 Moab – home to the world-famous Arches National Park and incredible red rock formations

🏞️ Zion National Park – with its majestic canyons and scenic hiking trails

🏔️ Bryce Canyon – known for its unique rock formations called hoodoos and panoramic views

This unforgettable adventure offers students the chance to connect with nature, take amazing photos, and enjoy guided tours through Utah’s most spectacular natural wonders — all with the same safety and supervision as the main program.

Final Week in California

The final week of the Utah Intercultural program is a true highlight — a California dream come true!

After three weeks of learning and cultural immersion in Utah, students travel to Los Angeles, California, where they enjoy some of the most iconic attractions in the United States.

Students stay in a tourist-class hotel with all lodging and ground transportation included. Every moment is supervised by our experienced chaperone team to ensure fun and safety throughout the trip.

This exciting finale offers the perfect reward for the learning and growth achieved in the first three weeks — a chance to bond with new friends and create lifelong memories in some of America’s most iconic destinations.
